FULL SERVICE GUTTER CLEANING

At Pat The Gutter Rat, our gutter cleanings entail a full gutter and drainage system clean out. This service includes:

Cleaning off all roofs, rain gutters and downspouts.
Checking gutter pitch and tightening any loose gutter spikes.
Minor tree trimming to remove any light branches off roof.
Tightening loose downspout straps.
Testing/pressurizing all underground drains and cleaning catch basins (as applicable).
Bagging all collected debris and placing at street for pick-up (to be picked up by your weekly trash service).
Inspecting for any additional issues visible and including those findings on your complimentary post service inspection sheet report.

Any identified compacted downspouts will be removed, cleared and reinstalled.
